Range Rules & Insurance

The Victoria Fish and Game Protective Association operates one of the most heavily used firearm ranges in British Columbia. The primary purpose of the range is to promote marksmanship among our members. Shooters of diverse backgrounds must shoot safely together, sometimes without benefit of a Range Officer. As you have been given the privilege of using our ranges, it is your duty to know, understand and practice the Malahat Outdoor Sports Facility rules, policies and guidelines.

Our Insurance You can download a copy of our Insurance certficate here:    Please note that the Insurance certificate is only valid along with a current membership card in the VFGPA.  This certificate includes coverage for an ATV  for off-road use only. If you require additional ATV or snowmobile coverage, our affiliation with the BCWF will quailfy you for discounts at HUB Insurance.  We have an information sheet here, and an application form here.
